BME Seminars: François-Benoit VIALATTE

This Friday 8th February, the BME seminars will host a lecture of François-Benoit VIALATTE entitled "New engineering paradigms in electroencephalography". François-Benoit VIALATTE is researcher from the ESPCI ParisTech. (See attached flyer)

Abstract:
"In the past two decades, the scientific methods and paradigms of electroencephalography (EEG) have gone through revolutionary evolutions. New developments have been achieved, such as: non-invasive brain-computer interfaces, progress in cognitive neuroscience, or novel clinical applications. Biomedical engineering played a key role in several discoveries, and is about to become essential. During this seminar we will put in perspective the past and the present of electroencephalography, and discuss hypothesis about the probable future of this technology in cognitive and clinical neuroscience."

The conference will take place at Arts & Métiers ParisTech, 151 boulevard de l’Hôpital, 75013 Paris, Amphi Fournel, from 13h30 to 15h00.

To avoid disturbing the talk, please be there on time. Thank you!
